Responsibilities:

• Design and develop system to meet a customer specification or requirements.
• Support the development of Nexteer products from pursuit of business through product launch and current production.
• Supports the Requirements Analysis and Requirements Development processes.
• Own the integration of mechanical, electrical hardware, software, and controls of the Electronic Power Steering System into the vehicle.
• Supporting system level HIL testing to establish performance criteria prior to vehicle integration.
• Perform bench-level system integration on new features and software content.
• Develop the calibration sets for systems functions.
• Work with Nexteer prototype operations on delivery of cutting-edge technologies for OEM vehicle testing.
• Provide preventive and corrective actions.
• Participate in maintenance of IATF 16949 standards.
• Perform activities relative to Company & Group needs.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar faculty.
• Min. 2 years of experience at the similar position.
• Good English.
• Valid Drivers Licence (B).
• IBM DOORS familiarity.
• Automotive interfaces familiarity (CAN, FlexRay, LIN etc.).
• Knowledge of Vector Toolset (CANoe, CANape, CANdela).
• Problem solving methodologies awareness.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• CSR knowledge in job area.
• SEP G1-E to 1kV.
