Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist- Auburn Hills

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics specialist for our internal CRM system. The individual will be responsible for enhancements and ongoing support of the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform including implementing and managing Dynamics 365 customer solutions. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, reporting and dashboards.  Additional areas of responsibility may include project management, and support service management as the candidate will collaborate with global users to understand goals and challenges and develop solutions to improve process efficiency, data quality, and user friendliness.


Job Description:

  • Gather and document business processes and requirements for the CRM system
  • Balance business user requests and requirements and user stories with technical constraints
  • Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues and enhancement requests
  • Advise business users on best practices for CRM development or integration processes
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements
  • Provide knowledge and tools that enables power users to automate and improve processes
  • Develop tools to help monitor process compliance and data cleanliness
  • Lead design and architecture sessions with key business users
  • Write technical specifications for planned work
  • Facilitate development, testing and deployment of projects
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and deliverables
  • Manage the change control process including documentation, testing and implementation
  • Architect the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business’s organizational process
  • Manage MS 365 updates and mitigate impact on CRM


Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • 2+ Microsoft D365 certifications
  • Ability to implement, configure and customize Microsoft D365 including configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions
  • Ability to implement, configure and customize Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps including Canvas Apps
  • Ability to migrate data and implement integrations to and from D365
  • Develop Dynamics 365 reports and/ or embedding Power BI reports in Dynamics CRM dashboards
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, especially Power BI
  • Experience gathering and documenting system requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Collaborative approach and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset to organize stakeholder feedback, develop solution and prioritize implementation work
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base
  • Detail oriented in written documentation, including design documents, work instructions and change communications



  • Experience with SQL and database design
  • Experience with other Microsoft tools (O365, Teams, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Dataverse)
  • System integration experience, including REST API integrations



  • Bachelor – Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/ Management, or related field (Required)
