The SuccessFactors System Administrator is responsible for helping our internal customers leverage SuccessFactors value.  This position is responsible to support system configuration, maintenance and ongoing administration of their SuccessFactors application. This position will support a variety of modules which may include Performance and Goal Management, Career Development Planning, Succession, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Employee Central

In This Role You Will:

Provide support and guidance of all implemented SuccessFactors modules (including PM, GM, ONB, Recruiting , CDP, Comp, LMS, EC) Administrator support includes (but not limited to)

  • Serve as System Administrator for various SuccessFactors modules.  Support live systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Respond to internal customers for system admin related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements
  • Maintain system security roles, launch forms and manage supporting content (ex. Profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.)
  • Configure and update system setup using Admin Center
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings – provide updates, recommendations and general problem-solving ideas.
  • Create ad hoc reports, tiles and dashboards
  • Evaluate SuccessFactors quarterly releases for system impacts and provide/inform our clients of updates and recommendations
  • Assist with updating and maintaining configuration workbooks, training materials and other system related documentation
  • Assist with various phases of system testing

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Management, Computers, or Technology
  • 4-9+ years of progressive experience with SuccessFactors system administration in multiple modules SAP Associate Certification is a plus (Performance Management, Goal Management, Career Development Planning, Succession, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Employee Central, Workforce Analytics, Learning and/or Compensation).
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience providing knowledge of general HR processes and human capital topics
  • Basic Knowledge of web technology including HTML, XML, browsers, etc. required
  • Advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, i.e. Excel advanced functions.  In-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing and charting functionality
  • Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the organization and able to make recommendations on how best to leverage SuccessFactors
  • Focus on attention to details and deadlines with a high commitment to accuracy on a consistent basis.
  • Self-starter with self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on creativity and diligence
  • Exhibits personal drive and professional motivation; is able to work individually but also on a team
  • Strong communication skills reflecting logic and clarity in thought process, with sufficient level of detail based on audience and content

  • Demonstrated agility in day-to-day work, multi-tasking and working under time constraints.
  • Adept at making informed decisions in a timely manner
  • Excellent documentation skills (procedure manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)
  • Experience working with a ticketing/case management system is a plus
  • The ability to design, prepare, and deliver information in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of the SOP
