Validation Engineer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with standards and safety procedures, corporate, occupational, laboratory.
  • Participating in the arrangement range of tests and inspections validation status, etc., In teams within 
    the organization and with external customers.
  • Supporting in interpreting and analyzing internal and external validation requirements for transfer to the 
    process of testing Laboratory.
  • Participating and leading the discussions on validation during inspections PDT.
  • Develop test plans corresponding to the introduced change management plan in time for the validation 
    of new programs.
  • Planning and preparation of laboratory to the requirements of the tests (available procedures, handles 
    specialized, connecting cables, communication programs, etc.)
  • Preparation of test specifications (ETS) and implementation of their execution.
  • Developing and improving test specifications to support laboratories in other locations.
  • The training laboratory technicians to ensure complete understanding of the requirements of the tests.
  • Elaborating and developing special equipment according to the requirements of the tests.
  • Leading discussions engineering when reviewing projects on the basis of test results (DRBTR).
  • Perform more complex and specialized tests on components or products.
  • Preparation of reports of the validation tests, based on the results, for the purposes of internal 
    approvals and for customers.
  • Coordination and communication of the results and conclusions of test to engineers outside of the 
    working group (involved in the data testing / validation).
  • Driving tests on vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the validation program.
  • Immediate signaling inconsistencies or dangerous trends to the head of the laboratory and the 
    departments concerned to take immediate action.
  • Supporting other departments in terms of knowledge and technical capabilities laboratory validation, 
    determine the scope of measurement / testing or potential causes of problems on products and 
    suppliers of Nexteer.

 

Qualifications:

  • Higher Technical Education recommended in the field of Mechanical Engineering, experience in 
    working as an engineer in the technical departments or engineering.
  • Experience in working as a Product Engineer, Engineer in the R & D department.
  • Good knowledge of English spoken and written, willingness to travel.
  • Analytical skills especially when troubleshooting difficult and unusual.
  • Interpersonal skills in establishing good relations with the people and the precise transmission of 
    information.
  • Proficiency in office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LAN, FlexRay).
  • Knowledge of GD & T, and reading technical drawings.
