What to expect from the Nexteer hiring process

We want your Nexteer job application experience to best represent you. Follow these hiring process steps to put your best foot forward.

Before You Apply

Before searching for specific jobs, explore our website and learn about our progress. Find information about our most recent news & happenings, our values, corporate culture and more.

Getting Started

You will be able to view a list of open jobs. If you narrow the search by geography but do not see any available opportunities that fit with your background or interests, you may still join our talent network to stay up to speed when an opportunity comes your way.

Applying

Use the search option filters to identify positions of interest. If you are a first-time applicant, you will be asked to create a profile as part of the Nexteer job application process.

Next, complete the online form and answer the questions posted as part of the pre-screen process.

Attach all relevant supporting documents (i.e., resume, cover letter, transcripts, references, etc.).

Acknowledgement

After you apply, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your application. We will contact you if we need anything else, as well as keep you posted on the status of your application.

Screening

We will review your profile and any attachments you provide against our job requirements. Potential candidates may be asked to participate in a phone screen, allowing us to obtain more information about you. Through this part of the Nexteer hiring process, there will also be an opportunity for you to assess if you can see yourself working with us.

Interview

If you're invited for an interview, we will provide further information on the venue and timing. The number of interviews and how they are conducted vary by position, though most interviews will take place at the Nexteer site where the job opening is located. You may be asked to interview with a representative from HR or a business/function, or both.

Informing Candidates of Decision & Employment Offer

You will hear back from us regarding an employment decision upon completion of all interviews. Your employment offer will feature information on the job position, salary and benefits.

Though it may vary by role, the entire application process may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. Once interviews are complete, we will extend offers to the candidate(s) that we feel are the best fit at that particular time. We receive many great applications for each role - if you find that you are not selected, we hope that you consider applying for future job opportunities with us.
