LEAD ME

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop equipment program time line to meet the CPI process timing.
• Maintain/lead Visual Equipment Trackers process per program.
• Establish and follow material requirements to support MQ1 and MQ2 timing.
• Ensure MSD accuracy and MSD Review timing.
• Support ECR activities – Timely answers.
• Meet A/R equipment budget.
• Create and maintain MEED Wallchart.
• Support obtaining prints.
• Support PFMEA activity including DSS assessments are completed.
• Attend/support Program PDTs.
• Support pursuit activities.
• Communicate risk issues and escalation through the PDT.
• Organize and lead LSR 1 activities.
• Support PV builds.
• Lead ME Equipment PDT.
• International Travel required (up to 20%).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working Knowledge of Nexteer CPI process.
• Working knowledge of the ECR process including.
• Understands PFMEA and DSS assessment process.
• Elevated level of understanding of the Nexteer’s Equipment Runoff Book and Machine qualification process.
• Good understanding of the SEPS Product line.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Above average in written and oral communications level – will need to communicate to multiple levels and areas in the Nexteer organization.
• Engineering degree.
• 3 – 6 years experience as a Mfg Engineer or Similar.
• Computer skills: Windows, MS Office( Excel, Word, and Power Point, MS Project).
