Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and auditing both process adherence and financial performance of programs launching across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in process knowledge, program management, finance, business analysis, and internal controls, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze program performance during the launch process.
  • Conduct audits of programs to ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate financial performance of programs, including budget adherence, cost efficiency, and OI/NPV analysis.
  • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track progress.
  • Design and refine audit frameworks and tools tailored to program lifecycle stages.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, internal audit standards, and financial regulations.
  • Create and maintain a centralized repository to capture insights, best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities from program audits.
  • Create and maintain a global closed-loop process for Lessons Learned during the program lifecycle.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of Program Management, Financial Analysis, Auditing, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, especially in cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Highly resourceful and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Highly skilled with the Pursuit Process and Customer Program Implementation (CPI) process and the associated applications (e.g., NCAS, PLM, etc.).
  • Skilled with Power BI as a data analytics tool.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and internal control systems.
  • Nexteer Program Management or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
